Does anyone know if the Lian Li PC7B case has room to mount a 120 RAD on the rear case fan is there is a heat sink and fan mounted on the CPU?

I have a PC7B with a BIXII mounted on top (2 of the acctually) - the exhaust fan hole on the back is for a 80mm fan so I don't think you will ahve good airflow back there. Best bet is to mount it on top and make it a intake point (where air comes in). it will look a lot cleaner too.

I thought that having air from the top blowing in wasnt too good as the hot air rises. wouldnt it be better to use a pa160 or heatercore in the front?

Yes, it does fit. I had a BIX on one, once and am putting a BIP X-flow on it after christmas. It's very close clearance on the video card but it DOES work.
