Ok I have a computer that is starting to get me really mad. Everytime you go to acess a page with encryption (with IE or even FIREFOX) like gmail.com, it says the page cannot be displayed. Also when I try to change the security settings on IE it says "The reccomended level is medium" Then all you can do is click "ok"....HELP!

First check to make sure your firewall isn't blocking port 443. In addition, try re-registering the following DLL's...

Regsvr32 Softpub.dll
Regsvr32 Wintrust.dll
Regsvr32 Initpki.dll
Regsvr32 Dssenh.dll
Regsvr32 Rsaenh.dll
Regsvr32 Gpkcsp.dll
Regsvr32 Sccbase.dll
Regsvr32 Slbcsp.dll
Regsvr32 Mssip32.dll
Regsvr32 Cryptdlg.dll

... by typing the above commands into the Run box, one line at a time, and pressing ENTER after each one.
