Beta 5.12 ati betas

This is not the official version of ATI's Catalyst 5.12.
The driver is not WHQL signed, but seems to be working stable.

The full changelog is not known, but it seems this driver has support for Multithreading in the Direct3D Driver on Dual Core CPUs.

Dear ATI. This driver was found on Dell's FTP, so it does not violate any NDAs since it's already public knowledge.

Not bad so far. prolly not as good a gain as Nvidias first DC driver run but its a start

I want to see what happens to these post-beta, some of the benchmarks I have seen aren't that promising but may just be down to various profiles not being setup properly yet
