what program does this! (pic)

hello everyone i was wondering what type of program makes fire like in this image (click here for picture it is big)... (http://members.home.net/touser3/linuxfire1.jpg) ..i have photoshop 6.0 and i have eyecandy 4000, but they dont seem to do it...thanks in advance :)

You could try Panfire it's available as a Demo from here http://www.panopticum.com/product.html#Fire2

The best packages really for creating fire like this are 3D modelers/renders, my personal favorite is Newteks Lightwave a demo Cd can be obtained here http://www.lightwave3d.com/ .

You could do that in photohop but it would probaly take a long time. Might try something with the cloud filter and work to make it look like flame from there. But the site www.ozoneasylum.com has a good message board for photoshop and 3D programs that you could check.

I use PSP 7.
You need to set up a transparency behind the image (fire) to use the fire command in Eye Candy.

This can also be done in Phtoshop if you happen to have the Alienwarez (no it's not warez, that's the name of the manufacterer) plug-ins.

Just did a quick search for the Alienwarez and no luck, it wouldn't be Alienskin would it? They make Eyecandy and Zenofex the link for which is here http://www.alienskin.com/prod_index.html .

Am always on the lookout for SFX filters, so if you have any links I would be very interested.
