I'll tell you this right now, if you plan to mount the rad internally on the top of the case, you have to mod the psu to run the wires out to the side. The BIP/X2 will completely consume every cm from the front of the case to the powersupply.

It all depends on the size of the PSU - I have 2 PC7s - both with BIX2 mounted on top - all I had to do is cut a small hole on the side of the rail to allow the wires to go between the side panel and the mobo tray. I will post some pics tonight.

That's how I did mine, but in order to get all the cables in (with the smallest hole possible, I had to cut a corner out of the psu.
