Did you go to www.pricewatch.com and look for it? just be specific about what you want and you'll have tons of vendors.

What multiplier issue is your "mothership" having? You probably mean a FSB limit of 133 FSB. You could probably find a cheap Asus P4P800 on ebay or in the classifieds, and that would allow you to run a P4C. It wouldn't be hard to find a 2.4C for cheap, and it is one helluva processor.
