Well, you can't be liable for more than $50 of puchases made without your authorization. in addition, I suggest you cancel any credit cards you may have had stolen and get new ones. It also might be a good idea do get a credit freeze on your credit report, if he got your social security number or anything particularly important.

It's only $30? Well, I wouldn't worry about it then. The way you talk I thought it was like $3,000.

40% of the world still lives on less than a dollar a day, just because the average American thinks a dollar is what you wipe with when the toilet paper runs out doesn't mean that most other parts of the world value it as such.
In places where incomes translated to 4 figures in American dollars are considered good wages, $30.00 is a very sizable amount.
The average per capita income in Pakistan is $2200, in the US it is $40,100. So that $30.00 is more like $530.00 if you adjust for the 18x difference in average incomes.
Not trying to be hard on you, but do recognize that you and I live in one of the most affluent areas of one of the richest nations, and that this tends to distort things a touch.

Oh, well that stinks :( I have no idea what pakistans laws are regarding identity theft. In the U.S. the Credit Card Company merely has to deny the transaction, which forces the place the items were bought from to reimburse you(I think that's how it works)

You sure they can't get shipping information from the company? Try and figure out where the company is located, and maybe sick SSS on them.
