HELP X850 CrossFire Edition

oke i just got a ATI Radeon X850 CrossFire Edition 256MB 256-Bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card from the net and i was wondering if i chould run just that card in my ga-k8nxp-sli just for now till i get my new cross fire mobo

Nope I am pretty sure that you have to havea slave card as well plus a crossfire board the crossfire cards can not be run as a individual card I assume

I think you can run the master card by itself if thats what you're asking. But as far as running CrossFire in an SLI board, sorry, it's a no-go!

Nope, won't work in Corssfire as stated before. Need to have Intel 955 or ATI Xpress 200 chipset.

Yup. Crossfire mobos are a REQUIREMENT to run Crossfire.

Crossfire Edition card will run by itself with no problems. You need either the aTI chipset or Intel 955 to run actually crossfire.
