Clicking threads - using cache and almost never downloading new pages.

It's on this site(only forum I go to) but man it's BAD. The main page is usually ok but once I click on any forum it's how I left it X time ago. Then when I click a thread I've viewed, it shows the way I last saw it, I hate always refreshing everything on this site.


I tweaked quite a bit out of IE and I have a feeling that's where this problem came from. Is there any way to clear cache for this website only but still leave me logged in?

have you gone to tools->internet options->temporary internet files->settings->every visit to the page? if so, eh.. no idea then. you could just try clicking on the delete files button, but since you want all other sites' files.. eh, i dunno sorry. cant stand IE
