i would probably go with a gainward golden sample geforce2pro with 4.5ns ram (overclocks to gf2ultra speeds)(120$) or a gainward golden sample geforce2 Ti with 4.0ns ram(overclocks to almost geforce3 speeds)(139)$....however if you dont like overclocking video cards the one you picked should be fine.....

I just dont want to spend tons on a card cause i want to learn how to overclock video cards so the most i will go is 150 and below

Then i would probably go with the Gainward Golden Sample of the Geforce2 Ti because it will oc amazingly....
