It recently started to have some loud noises (the ball bearing dying). Because of this, I decided to buy the following replacement...

I've never really messed with removing the hsf off of a video card and was wondering how I would exactly go about removing it. I haven't received the Arctic Silencer yet and I would like to be prepared and know what to do beforehand.
