Adding outside temps in MBM

I have seen some people have added temps to MBM in addition to case/cpu temps, like "outside temp" and "room temp". How do people do this?

MBM can only display temps for what ever sensors are on your mobo .

I copied this from another thread. Maybe his board senses room temp, I guess.
