Is there software that will make a list of all the directories>files on a HDD?

Just make a list? or back-up everything?

FYI- I use Cobian back-up for my rig. It's free and has lots of options.

Yep, just make a list. My HDD is dying, I NEED to know which files are on there, so I can back-up the important ones 1'st.

If you are using Linux or UNIX, go into your directory, and type: ls -R
