Anyone familiar with Norton Diagnostics Memory Test?

The Norton Diagnostics memory test is showing failed tests. I've only run it a couple of times, but each time it reports a failure at a different location. Would my TSRs maybe be screwing with it? How trustworthy is this test?

I've noticed numerous times at work that Norton always shows a fail, but when run say with Compackard diagnostics memory passes
