Front USB connectors to an Asus P5VD1-X

I'm putting the finishing touches on my daughter's computer and the front USB connectors I'm not too sure about. I'm not sure of the wire configuration to the USB connectors on the board.

This is whats printed on each connector on the wires:

White= Port-
Green= Port+
Black= -
Red= +

The description in the manual for the motherboard:

USB56:

USB+5V USB+5V
USB_P5- USB_P6-
USB_P5+ USB_P6+
GND GND
NC

usaully the connector for the case can't be misfit onto the mobo pins ... they have 1 pin blocked out so your orientation is correct. Although i need a good work light and magnifier to see them!


/edit Sorry, after re-reading your post realized you have individual leads ...

I would go with:
White= Port- on the USB_P5- USB_P6-
Green= Port+ on the USB_P5+ USB_P6+
Black= - on the GND GND
Red= + on the USB+5V USB+5V

Thanks pscout, i'll give that a try when i get a chance. I have to wait till all the kids are out of the house to work on the computers. :santa:
