There's three prongs. Silver, gold, and what I know is ground. I have a white, black, and green cord. I know the green goes to the ground, so that leaves me with:

white cord to silver
black cord to gold

-or-

white cord to gold
black cord to silver

It would be nice to know what's at the other end of the wire...

The NEC AC wiring standard is
black = hot (brass)
white = neutral (steel)
green = ground

See: http://www.repeater-builder.com/tech-info/ac-power-info.html
and plenty of other resources.
If you're trying to wire a NEMA 5-15P to an IEC320 C13 (PC Power cord) it's best to counter-test against any unmodified cord using a multimeter.

It's an Iwaki pump for my watercooling setup.

I already wired it white to silver, black to gold.
