I have a blue orb cooling the northbridge and it required serious lapping. Bottom actually concave. Took a large file to rough it in and a good amount of filing too. Lapped up nice though. It would not fit the holes from the "greenie" so I made a thin copper plate to put under it w/correct hole spacing. No problems! Not too bad for this application, Video card, maybe a little lightweight.
