Anybody ever had any luck dealing w/BenQ? A DVD/RW I bought 4 months ago just started going weird and although you can get an email eventually responded to(which recommends you call Support), I've been trying for three days to actually talk to someone. Normally, after 45 minutes to an hour of a crappy soul song and intermittent "Thank you for holding, some will be with you momentarily" messages, I give up and try again. Problem is, there is no other way to generate an RMA.
