Pleaseeeeeee help me!

I'm green as an apple, for the first time I've changed my HSF on my mobo. Prev. I had Intel retail HSF, then I bought Tt GOrb, idle temp. were about 46C (open case near window), so I put on and out Gorb several times changing greases (one is silicone based, the other silver 7,5 W/mK) always the same result 46-48C. So next day I went shopping and I brought Spire 5E053B1H3R - 5500 rpm/ 23CFM, copper heatsink - quite similiar to SK-6)

What is wrong!?

How should I put the thermal grease ? both on chip and HSF or ...

chipset temp. (right now) 41C (I've also HSF on it)
MSI 6337 v.1
V 1,65

You should apply only a thin layer of grease, either on CPU or HS.

The layer should be about the thickness of a paper sheet, anything ticker than that works against you : instead of conducting heat it insulates your CPU from the HS.
You must have in mind that the thermal grease is not a good heat conductor. It's only used to fill small air gaps between the CPU and the HS, because neither of them are perfectly flat and the air is a poor conductor.
I prefer to apply a thin layer on the cpu core (that small square on the middle of the chip), and then rub the HS's base on it to spread out the excess grease. You know it's ok when the HS stops sliding over the cpu and starts scratching it.
