i somehow managed to COMPLETELY fry my 520w powerstream on monday..contacted ocz and within a few hours had a RMA number so i could ship my psu out that day.
on wednesday crimedog told me how they cross ship on the first 3 years of the warrenty. so i IM'd (thats right, via instant messanger!)
the guy who helped w/my rma and he told me how it works and that they would need a CC so they could hold me on $100 incase they didnt get the psu, and refund it upon recieving it..well i provided him with the tracking number i got when sending mine on monday and apparently i didnt need to provide a CC # after that
he was even able to ship the psu out that day! (via fedex TWO day)
after this experience im VERY happy i went w/OCZ
they're customer service is unlike any iv ever dealt with!
if i have any questions i just hit up the guy on aim
