I need cheap ram for a new Opteron 144 build (2 x 512mb)

Criteria:
1) Able to do CAS 2.
2) Able to do 1T cmd.
3) $100 or less.
4) Does not need to overclock above PC3200 speeds.

I looked at Corsair, but lots of people said in the product reviews on newegg.com that this ram will not run at cas 2 in an Athlon 64 system.

Also, if you guys think CAS 2 doesn't matter much for speed in games, recommend me some CAS 2.5.

Links to products would be helpful also.

THANKS GUYS.

I don't know what kind of overclocking you can get out of XMS, but I would get these (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145450). They run at CAS 2 and 1T and seem to be the best bet for the budget.

does it really have to be $100 or less? these sticks are a damn good deal, but a bit over your budget. i have two of em that i got about a month ago, they do 260mhz at 2.5-2-2 and 300mhz at 3-3-3 without any issues at all.

they would match up well with an oc'ed opteron. if you're not oc'ing the opteron, i think you should sell it to someone who will ;)
