Is Anapod for Ipods any good?

If anybody is using Anapod would you recomend it?

Or is there something free that does the same thing?

Anapod is a pretty decent program. Free? The only free programs I know of exist in the Linux world (gnupod, gtkpod).

there are others. i know a popular route is winamp with the ipod plugin. i can't think of the others and ilounge.com is down right now. theres a whole forum devoted to third party software.

have you given itunes a shot?

I was disgusted with itunes at first but after DLing the newest version and fixing the problems I had.

I am now beginning to like it and the 5g ipod.

It was my wifes xmas present but I think I am going to get one for myself.
