My experience with Coolermaster is that of a extruded aluminum heatsink with a quiet fan. Basically, a "stock" heatsink. Both of the AMD cpu's that I have bought came with coolermaster.

I would be surprised if anything is rated up to 3.4 Ghz because, well, there is no such cpu.

Wow I too thought that Coolermaster was not really that good. Just found the HCC 002 and it's Copper and the performance is really good according to this review http://www.frostytech.com/articleview.cfm?articleID=855

Hey, looks like a Vantec! Anyway, if they want to sell some of these, they should put them up on their website!

I had looked there, couldn't find it.

Looks nice though.

Has anyone had a chance to purchase and try out this heatsink?

Do you know if its better then the HCC001 that had the heat pipe
design on it?

Im planning on buying one very soon and would appreciate some input on the situation thanks!

Why dont you just get a Thermalright AX7 they are considered to be the best heatsink you can get and are only $30. They use 80mm fans which are much quieter than those small 60mm ones. For example a 30cfm 80mm is like 25dba when a 30cfm 60mm is like 40dba.

i will never go back to a 60mm heatsink

The HCC-002 Uses a 70mm fan. I would be interested in seeing if it would do better with a TMD Fan on it.
