Im moving my home to another state. Should I empty my liquid from my rig or ship it with the liquid in it. It MAY be in storage for 30-45 days???

Well, why not just be safe and empty it anyway. If you keep the water in your loop you are risking getting your stuff wet. Although not bad for your hardware unless it's running; I'm sure a dry computer is better than a wet one. If you drain your rig you only have to spend some time on it, and there are no risks.

When they kicked me out of the dorms for the holidays i had to drive my computer home (pretty long trip) I didn't empty out the water but my system has been running for almost a year with no leaks and has been moved multiple times. If you are 100% sure that your it won't leak then I wouldn't worry about it leaking. But everytime I do move my system I put a towel around my cards and paper towels around all my loop's connections, Just in case. You can never be too careful.

If you store your computer for a while I would definately drain it!!! All the stuff you have mixed in your water could sink to the bottom and it will have to be remixed with the water. Also if the water is just sitting there there is a higher chance of you getting bateria and stuff in your system. Sitting water is a baterias best friend. Sitting water could also loosen up your seals and may leak. I just kinda guessed on some of this stuff but I definately wouldnt leave the water in my system if my computer was off for more than a day or two.

I've gone on vacation for 2 weeks and came back and the rig was fine-liquid appeared to be cool..err clean.
I do think that in this case I should empty it just to be safe......

I vote for emptying it, I mean its what 2-3 hours of work (including the refilling) which could potentially save you from a huge mess later on. Also from looking at your sig, it looks like you've got some good parts so I wouldn't risk it. Also the liquid and additives tend to separate over time too so thats another reason.
