I'm building a system for my church using AMD platform and I need efficient stock cooling....even if room is warm...7000rpm coolers are out of the question.
Need the absolute quitest thing I can get away with without worrying about the temp.

DUH...forgot to say it's going to be a 1 Ghz Tbird 266
would Volcano 5 be good enough /quiet enough for stock cooling?

I have a Global Win FOP-32 on mine right now. I would not recomend it for an overclocked system, but for stock speeds it can not be beat for under $20
