"best" EXT FS driver for windows?

I'm wondering what is generally considered the best EXTfs driver for windows.
I've found http://www.fs-driver.org/ but it has already BSOD'd my laptop once. Then again, it was dealing with my removable hdd and it bsod'd after I hit safely remove device and pulled it out.
