How do I block a certain ww w.*.* address from my machine, so that it can not be accessed?

***I should add that I'm using IE5.5

Go up to Tools-> Internet Options. Go to the Content tab and enable the content advisor. Click settings and then check that stuff out. Go to the Approved Sites tab to give permission to view certian sites, and remove permission to cerrtian sites.

Hope this helps.

Thanks, got it. Never had to block a site before, wasn't sure how. Still, I don't like the idea of having to put a bunch of assumptive borders in place to block one site. I don't give a crap if someone can access porn or snuff films or hate speech from my machine, I'm the only one who uses it. I just wanted to stop one specific site, which has no sex, nudity, hate or violence on it, from being accessed from my machine. Does anyone know a way I could do that without having to put a whole bunch of protective crap in place?

I should also add, if it's relevant, that I'm using 98fe.
