Spinning down individual drives in windows?

I'm wondering if anybody knows of a utility that allows you to shutdown one peticular hard drive while leaving the rest of the system up and active. (Ie, have windows on a quiet drive, games and performance apps on a raptor, and have the raptor shut down at night/when silence is needed)
