View Full Version : Reminders, a friendly note... PLEASE READ =)
There's a limit of one thread about each DC project in General Discussion at a time. Just a friendly reminder to save the mods some work, I understand how bad we all want to recruit right now.
ok i can clarify that a bit. one of the threads was the sticky about the change of address on the folding webpage. the other was for the folding@home team. they were essentially different subjects but the responses to them was a bit mixed as to why they were there. then a few thing got mixed arround and deleted so we had an overabundance of F@H threads for a few hours. if anything happened after that then i'll blame it on shadow j/k. hehe.
I'm not talking about the web page thing, just people adding threads to recruit. It's no big deal, just more work for the mods.
Please remember that we are only allowed one post at a time in General Discussion regarding our Distributed computing teams. There is already one that has been made a sticky, bump and reply to that one and lend your words of wisdom and encouragement to it. Sorry for the reminder guys, I know we need to get the word out but we do now have a link on the Frontpage as well as one in GD. There isn't much more we can do but go member to member. Hopefully we could do that with more success I do not know. I am with you guys rooting for you all the way and as soon as possible will have all my computers back folding for the team. Have heart, we shall prevail. Once we have all our members back we will stay Number one =)
Keep up the great work guys we will strive to be number one, and please someone get the Overclockers page back up. Contact Allan if need be I know he will take care of that. Thanks again for your time guys. If you want to drop a note in here to let me know we are all on the same page that would be great.

(mumbling) last time there wasn't enough cake and I didn't get a slice and..... ummm then they moved my desk and before I had the swinger stapler and they gave me a new stapler. or something. been a while. ;)

I had a Recruiting thread in DC a day or 2 ago when I noticed that all the F@H stickies were gone. Then Yman's post got sticky'd and I bumped my post so it made us have too many...of kors to be honest I didn't know about the only one DC post in DC...that make since? no sweat duly noted for future reference.
