the recievd my RMA 10 days ago..yet its still on step two and hasnt been touched. :bang head

Did you put a 1 infront of the number... I know I have to do that for 800 numbers

a lot of times you call and it wont work, my guess is too many callers for the system. just try again later, talking to jason is worth it. he's the man.

never had issues with Newegg's RMA....
they are rock solid IMHO.
i left a very nasty-resser rating
5 minutes ago jason called me and is making things right!
he's issuing me back the shipping cost , got the rma rolling, and giving me a $25 credit for the delay

The problem is that even though jason is teh 1337, newegg is getting worse. I shop at newegg just so I don't have to deal with this problem.

I havent ordered anything from them for about a month now, computers have kinda taken the back seat. been workin on my blazer. But i need to return some headphones. I hope they speed it up
