XP Grrrr

Can Anyone help me, just installed Win XP, looks nice:) ,but I've also got a new graphics card, a videologic Vivid!xs which was quite nice on 98se but now I get this nice little summary in device manager:

This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

I have an Iwill KD266 motherboard, Amd 1.4G athlon, 512M of sdram.

I've downloaded the graphics cards latest drivers, but still no joy

any help will be appreciated, Cheers.

and I think my refresh rate has dropped to about 4

Ive never heard of your video card, what chipset does it use? My first impression is that you might need a differt vid card, XP deos have issues with a fair amount of hardware.

Thanks for replying, by the looks of it it uses this - Graphics controller: PowerVR KYRO II processor with tile-based renderings.
