time for memory upgrade

i have my 165 opty oced to 2.7
300x9 i left all memory settings as auto cept i have the divider set to 150. in cpuz it says http://img264.imageshack.us/img264/916/mydesktop15ms.jpg (http://imageshack.us)

i cant oc it any higher and right now my memory seems to not be running real smooth. so should i upgrade if i wanna oc higher? i was planing on it anyways but is there anything i can do with the timeings till i get new memory

Hey there, you could try to losen the timings to 2.5-3-3-6 or 3-3-3-8. That should def give you some extra OCing room.
