display driver problem?

I own a 9800pro and every time I run a game the screen does not format itself correctly( or center itself in the display). When I go back to desktop it correctly displays the screen... What is causing this to happen? I had to remove the omega drivers because the desktop would not even center itself. What am I missing?

Reinstalled windows last night and the computer locked in bios a few times. Could I have gotten a corrupted bios somehow and in turn it would not center the display? Seems to be all right now after clearing the cmos...So far...
