Using Sisoft Sandra...need some pointers

Ok, i want to get an accurate full load temp. (other is using bryce at 94% load). how many times should i exe the burn in for my cpu?...basically, how do all you folks use sandra (if you do). and a really quick cooling question: i am using a silicone based thermal goop. how much of a temp drop will i see from silicone to silver (arctic siliver 2)? thanx!

I use Motherboard Monitor to monitor my temps. http://mbm.livewiredev.com/
To test my temp. at load I use F@H2
you could get a couple of degrees using arctic silver.
