I could post at 1001 but never close to getting in windows! now everything works but prime95 fails! darn not too great if prime fails but I just don't think my chip can take the high speeds. I love my Alphas(plural):eek:

That's a good oc for a duron. I think you about hit the limit with that card without extreme cooling. Keep up the good work.

What heatsink did you have on it before?

had a lapped goldengate with a 28cfm 60mm fan on it! and also had a wbk38 on it for a while! the vcore is 1.9 which is high for a duron and 7x143 for the 1001. I think I may be stable at 10x100 but I really prefer higher bus speeds.


btw the alpha0845 is blowing up away from the heatsink! max temps are 36C.

Great OC, I managed to get the same with my Duron. Not bad for something that cheap ---->> 33% OC.

The only problem is that WinXP sometimes locksup

well this is rock stable don't mean to brag but pretty nice expect for the prime95 failing! will have to update and see if xp is still stable.
