I would have more cpu power soon, except I just found out that my Abit KT7A doesn't support the Athlon XP!!! MOO!!!! So I'll be buying an Epox 8KHA+, and waiting until later for a new cpu.

I might be building a lower budget system and was wondering how you like the KT7A board? Would you recommend it?

I have several of the KT7A boards, some of them raid. I like the board pretty good. The only board I have that is more stable is the Iwill. The Abit is less hassle to overclock though. The newer versions support XP with bios update. NewEgg has them refurbished cheap sometimes. :)

Yeah, 1.3 and up have XP support with a bios update, but my board is 1.0. :mad:

I'm pretty sure I'm getting a shiny new Epox 8KHA+, along with a shiny Duron, to put in the KT7A for folding purposes.
