by the way the stickers look, then maybe. its probably their way of trying to get more people to by the extreme editions. granted they will most likely be at a lower cost then their HT enabled sibling, but i (at least from my stand point) dont think that they will be that extreme enough for me to spend a *** load of money on them. i may be wrong though.

Personally I like these new badges more than the old ones. I especially didn't like the "Intel Inside" logo which made it look kinda cheap & kiddyish.

My guess is that the other sticker is for a Yonah/Pentium M based EE chip which would not have HT in the architecture. A P4EE without HT would just be dumb.

yup, starting january 3rd we will roll out the new logo. i believe the final badges are less "washed out" i think that is more of a crappy pic quality than the real thing.

we also get new id badges and business cards, and more office logo'd junk lol

all i can say is weeeeee i will miss the dropped "e"... :) which a lot of people here feel. it's one of the most recognized logo's in the world.

or are you referring to the "e" line of cpu's being dropped? like a 3.2e?

*edit* i think i just figured it out by looking at my laptops sticker more closely...you mean that the 'e' is lower than all the other letter, correct?

i meant the now old intel logo had e lower than the rest of the letters...it's called a dropped e.
