on THIS (http://www.cythraul.com/folding/webmaster.html) page I can't find my name anywhere, but I'd like to be listed. What's available?

Token Moderator?
Class Clown?
Folding Flunky?

I'll take anything! No really! =)

you have to do something to be listed. Ploaf sent me an updated version of the faq, I listed the two team leaders, and the rest of the guys like skip well that should be self explanitory.

maybe if you can find out were skip is hiding and get him to fix the blocking call on the ftp and i'll put you up there. i havent seen him arround in the past few days and i would like to get the page back up on the oc.com servers.

Hmmm... since when does Folding not support multi threading ? I have it running Ver. 1 multi thread on my dual celeron. I don't mind that the faq was updated but you lost alot of good information. I really wish you would have contacted me with the new information as it was supposed to happen. I would have updated the FAQ sheet.

Just my two cent's *rant off*

Is there support for dual processor machines?
There is currently no support for dual processor machines. They 2.x client is in the early stages of development and SMP support is in the future for the client. It is possible to take advantage of two or more processors by running multiple instances of the client. This only works with the No Nonsense Text Only version. To do this you must create two or more unique directories in which to run the clients. Place one copy of the FAHconsole.exe in each of the directories that you have created. Once you have done this then create a shortcut for each of the clients. Right click on the shortcut and click on 'properties'. Here you can edit the target by adding (without quotes) " -local". Yes, there is a space before the dash and it is important. Then start the client using the shortcut.

i think its covered.

yea i should have asked you but i thought you might be busy with other things at the moment. i just put out a general offer for help and ploaf said he would update the faq.

All you have to do is ask, E-mail me send me new info, I will update what I have and send it back over. I don't have much to do throughout the day being laid off. I don't mind spending some time and updating the faq, that is why I volunteered in the first place. I hope you don't take this as a slight, just wondering why I was not asked to do what I had volunteered to do?
