FTP and General

I just purchased my domain and hosting and now am looking to host my site which I made with Dreamweaver.

I have no idea how to do this. If some has any exprience with Dreamweaver, or if it's a general thing please help me out. Thanks.

Okay, I found the FTP Client included with the host, but the images dont show up? It has the page and text, but no images? I included all the images in the FTP.

Also I created a MySQL database but I cant click the button that says open manager. How do I add phpBB?
