Audio slice & dice

Hey guys, I've got a video (windows media format) with a song I really like (Pure Pwnage episode 8 to be exact) and I was wondering if there was a way I could strip the audio from the video and convert to mp3.

Download, buy, or borrow Adobe Premier. (The video editing one...)

Load the video, and delete the old audio track and insert ur new one.

Presto!

I had good luck using Audacity, but I believe I only tried .mpg ...
