Hi guys, after trying to install XP for 32Hrs straight, I managed to find out that the GeForce2 MX-400 was the prob.

Now that I have installed it, I can't seem to be able to see my Hardisk on the raid controller.

Note I am not using RAID but I have a hardisk connected to my RAID controller (onboard). How can I access my hardisk trough windowz???????

When starting up the Raid controller detects my hardisk!!!!!!

Did you install the drivers for the RAID controller in XP?

There are known issues with raid and XP, We built a dual XP system on the Tiger7 for a client at work and for the life of us we could not get the Raid to work with XP using 2 IBM 40gig drives. M$ said to wait for newer drivers when we contacted them about this.

I was reading on the Microsoft users group newsnets...Many users had trouble installing XP with a GeForce video card...The solution that worked for many was to remove the GeForce and pop in an old PCI video card....Install XP and then switch cards. Seems that the GeForce causes XP not to install but it will work OK if XP is already installed....Seems lame to me as the GeForce cards are the most common video cards these days.
