it really depends. what is the stepping, etc?

also, how fast can you run your bus speed? that is going to be your true determining factor. some people cant get over 133mhz bus :-) i used to be one of those, now im kinda stuck at 142mhz. when i unlock this xp, i could probably go from a 11.5 > 12.5 or even 13. just see how fast the bus speed will go, then figure a 1 or 1.5 jump in multiplier.

and is you are going to spend that much on cooling, wouldn't it be better to buy a cpu that speed?
