I know that it is said that watercooling kits aren't great but I am looking into a good WC kit as a starter and I can build from there if I would like. I only want to cool the CPU. I am not a gamer so I don't clock my videocards.

I am coming from the best in air cooling .....ie XP120, Big Typhoon an Zalman 9500. I want a kit that will do better than these air coolers by at least 5 Deg or more, for a High OC of a Pentium D chip. I will probably use the kit in a Lian Li V1100. I also would like a kit that fits inside the case as I don't want a lot of noise, with the rad outside.

Which of these kits would be the best for me ? :

Swiftech H20-120 Premium - $199
Swiftech H20-220 Apex - $259
Danger Den Maze 4 Intro kit -$165

The Apex kit is one mean kit, it basically comes with the best components you can get including an Apogee block a 655 pump, good buy.
