Very few peeps at the St. Louis gig... probably 350 or so. I drove out Sunday night and stayed with a buddy who goes to Washington University Law school and then drove back after the gig - just got back in fact. Neither me nor my friend came away with a setup, but I did get a shirt. FYI they were giving away Gigabyte GA-7DX mobos with the 1800+ chips, I know this is a change from the MSI boards they gave away at some of the earlier events. Anyone else go? When the dude asked what games we played I was the one who yelled "Solitaire!!" :)
Anyway.....

Well, anyone who showed up at StL had a better chance than some of the other cities, methinks....

I was there from 5:30 on. At 5:30 there may have been 350 people but by the 6:15 a.m. drawing ther was close to 800. The ticket numbers ranged from 17800 to 18600. Still a smaller turn out than some other cities. I won a thermal coffee cup. I had ticket number 18349 and someone won a CPU with number 18346 right next to me. My sister had 18351 and the winning number for the Falcon Northwest computer had 18356. So close.

Actually, the numbers given out probably weren't consecutive.... I'm sticking to my 350, maybe 400 estimate.
