How do I give Outlook the boot?

I am sick and tired of having the "send ....." option whenever I right click on something on the web. Outlook, according to the windows app list in add/remove programs, is uninstalled yet its still there. Is there a way to COMPLETELY annex it from my system? :bang head :bang head :bang head

Find the executable, and use Dr. Delete on it. That's what I did with IE.
