for a faster response I would ask this in games..but I think you open consol and type timedemo 1 or something like that ...ha:confused:

Open the consol and type

timedemo 1
demo demo001

Re-open the consol when the demo has run and you will find the FPS.

change seta cg_drawFPS "0" to seta cg_drawFPS "1" in your q3config.cfg to show your FPs on the screen all the time

in the console type "drawfps 1" that will fix it permanently

I did that check... and on the best grafix possible on 1024x768 32Bit, lightmap, quality High etc. I got 20 FPS!!!!!!!!!! ARGH! I got more with my old comp!!!! That was 25 FPS, that really sucks! And I don't have any money to buy any vid card.... :(

And my Fury MAXX won't work on my old computer so I can't install the TNT2 Pro in the new one...

I dont know if your interested in selling the MAXX. But they can still be sold for not a bad price, because people see the 64mb and pounce.

You could probably sell it for enough to get a Radeon DDR. That'll multiply you FPS by 5 at least.
