Can't o/c via FSB

I've tried to o/c my 1 gig by raising the fsb, but it just won't work. The pencil trick works fine, and it let's me change the multiplier. And for some reason the chip is more leanient to changing fsb once it has been uunlocked.

Is there any reason why I wouldn't be able to adjust the fsb?

Take all your cards out and run your rig "empty" if it still doesn't work your Northbrige might require more cooling (unlikely but possible). Check your RAM timing. if its set too agressively or it isn't good quality that will limit your FSB.
