to low wattage??

Ok so my specs are in my sig except replace the 2ghz with a 3.0ghz processor (512 cache,800fsb,ht) I just got from ebay. Now my problem is that when I put the processor in the system it is rebooting and Im getting programs suddenly closing. also, when i do a simple burn in mode on an intel board for overclocking 4%, my system doesnt even boot and I have to replace it with the 2ghz one(in my sig) in order to get it to boot. I guess what I'm asking is does this sound like I have to low wattage?

Should be fine, even for some minor overclocking. Try a different PSU and see if that works, if you don't have another - try to borrow a friends.
