This is not exactly folding related, but since this is the most community-oriented section of the forum, I am asking you, team 32!
I have been having a problem with NewEgg.com for some time concerning an RMA which has been stuck at step 2 for about a month now. I was once told that there is a newegg.com agent who is a ocforum member who accepts contact about cases like this. Does anyone know who that forum member is? Try as I may, I can't seem to find a username relating to newegg or anything....
