Are these things out or are they just a misprint on intels information sheets?

If they are out where can I get one?

I thought they discontinued the Slot 1 cpus, but a few weeks later they put these on the site.

The 850E cD0 is mislabeled on the sheet but its the bottom one...068A.

Click me (http://support.intel.com/support/processors/sspec/p3p.htm) for the S-Spec sheet.

Got curious...did a search on pricewatch for 800 P III secc2 and came back with a number of retailers who have them.

Where'd you search? Either I want a P3 or Celly 700mhz Secc2(SInce that's all my Abit BE-6 supports) good stepping for ocing and..

I posted the same question a while back and nobody knew anything. I really, really doubt Intel will market anymore of the 700-850 CPUs in cDO form. The ones still being sold are cCOs or cBOs.

Here in Japan, there is nothing left under 850 Mhz, except used CPUs.

But who knows? For awhile ENPC was the only one selling the 1000e cDO with 100 FSB, but now a whole bunch of vendors are selling it. Someone on this forum also said production on the Coppermines quit this month, or for the 1100e, anyway.

Just go to Pricewatch (http://www.pricewatch.com/) and search....P III 700 SECC2

I was just there and had a number of retailers with these starting at $86

To my knowledge, there were never any slot one cD0 stepping P-III's made. There are still cC0 slot one's available at vendors, but Intel is no longer making any slot one's. Heck, they're ready to eliminate the entire P-III family soon.

I've heard wonderful things about those 1.2 gig Tualatin Celerons too, but they will NOT work on my motherboard nor yours that you have listed in your signature. Of course any of the coppermine socket 370 P-III or Celeron CPUs will work in any slot one motherboard if you use a slotket adapter.
